Role Overview & Responsibilities

As a UPS Supply Chain Analyst, you develop data-driven analyses of network performance, customer shipping behavior, and transportation cost drivers — using SQL, Python, and UPS's enterprise BI platform to generate insights that inform route engineering, network capacity planning, and customer pricing strategy decisions across the UPS ground and air network.

• Network Performance Analysis: Query the UPS Teradata Enterprise Data Warehouse using SQL to extract route-level performance data — on-time delivery percentage, stops-per-car-hour, cost-per-package, misload rate, and driver overallowed time — aggregating results at the center, district, and region level and identifying performance outliers that warrant targeted operational investigation by the industrial e
